Shirali Raina Labroo is Chief Operating Officer at Vibrance and is responsible for its operational delivery, strategy and overall growth. Shirali has more than 30 years of professional experience and has held key leadership positions within the clinical research and public ealth space. Prior to joining Vibrance, her most recent role in public health space has been as Director Clinical Portfolio Management at CDSA (Clinical Development Services Agency). CDSA has been set up by the Department of Biotechnology (Ministry of Science and Technology) to operationalize and support academic research and public health initiatives. She has been providing strategic leadership for the portfolio of clinical studies funded by various agencies like DBT, Research Council of Norway. Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, USA, NBM, BIRAC. The portfolio included regulatory trials, academic clinical studies, longitudinal cohort studies, consortium member for vaccine development, national surveys and surveillance studies and national programs of capacity building, mandated by the Ministry of Health.

Within the clinical research industry, she previously served as SBU Head and VP, Asia Pac at Jubilant Clinsys, a multinational CRO spread across Asia Pac, U.S and Europe and in addition has successfully executed key positions of multifarious nature and capacities at an international level, working with teams across the globe in i3 Research, a United Health Group company and Neeman Medical, managing a portfolio of both local and global trials ranging from phase 1 to 4 including bioequivalence studies, covering diverse therapeutic areas.
